The staff arranged transportation from from Palermo Airport to the property and we always “DOUBLE CHECK” that if you are four (4) people all with large suitcases & trolleys; a large enough vehicle is sent. Unfortunately and not the hotel’s fault, the transportation service sent a small car that could not accommodate all our luggage easily. We made it to the property in very good time and the driver directed us the plaques on the exterior wall to know where to go. Guiseppe responded to our door chime and we entered into a large hallway with an elevator to bring us to the 1st floor entrance. The hotel entrance was wide and contained a multitude of travel books & guides for us to review while in Palermo. The rooms were GREAT. Bright. Great A/C. Excellent Shower pressure and water temperature. Very large Bath Towels and additional hand towels provided. The bed was firm and very comfortable to sleep on. We didn’t stay in the room except to change clothes when going out for dinner or to sleep. One of the most important thing about the property is how close it is to the Main Street in central Palermo - Maqueda. You are literally 5 - 10 minutes away from historical attractions, the opera house, shopping district & the Quattro Cantii area. Extra towels are available on request. Decent high-speed internet provided. Lastly, a nice 20 minute walk to the train station for us to catch our Inter-City train to Cefalu. All In All a wonderful stay.

The staff were great, they offered to arrange our transportation from the airport which made our arrival smooth.
When we first pulled up we were a little taken aback by the neighbourhood on the way to the place. Once we entered we were delighted by the beautiful suite, nice staff.
The breakfast was great and the place was in a great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Delle is walkable to all the things you want to see in Palermo.
The only thing I would recommend would be to glue or bolt down the room safe. Also anything that has luxury in the name should offer robes and have facial tissue. Other than that a great stay!!!

Room was excellent, clean and luxurious, located right in the middle of the town full of restaurants! Would strongly recommend!
