Great place to stay!

Great location. 5 minute, flat walk (no stairs) from train station in Monterosso. Spacious apartment with a small outdoor seating area. Walking distance to old town, restaurants and beach is 2 minutes from apartment. Host was excellent, communication was great. She provided us with lots of information about the area. Highly recommend this property

We loved visiting Monterosso and having easy access to everything!

Excellent location. Air conditioning was fantastic given the heat.

Front door a little difficult to open. Single bed in second bedroom was quite small. More pegs would have been good.

Near train tracks. Some of us easily slept through passing trains, some not so much.

Perfect place to stay when you wanna go to the beach and catch a train.

It was a two minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to town.

It was right by the train tracks, and next to the bodega, so we were woken up around 6 AM by the train and the workers in the bodega moving carts around.

Great apartment, unfortunately noisy

Apartment itself is fantastic, lovely kitchen and modern bathroom, two spacious bedrooms. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Host was very communicative and providing detailed instructions to easily find the unit and collect the keys from the lock box. Location is excellent, only a few minutes from the beach and all the restaurants, and beach towels are provided.

So close to the train tracks, it's noisy all night. Listing said that one room was noisy but it was equally loud in both bedrooms and was disruptive to sleep. Checkout is 10am which is a little early.

It was fun and convenient to stay here.

It was very clean, had a kitchen with all necessary items, felt very secure, close to everything. There is a small grocery store next door and a terrific family style restaurant across the street. There is a laundry service on the next block, though quite expensive. Property managers gave us easy directions to arrive, information about the area and how to get around, and were available for questions.

It is right next to train tunnel, but if you put the wooden blinds down at night it wouldn’t disturb you unless you are an extremely light sleeper.

We had a lovely time in Monterosso which is a beautiful place to explore.

The property was very close to the centre. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance from the train station. Communications were really good and access instructions very clear.

The train line is directly behind the property. If anyone is a light sleeper it would be an issue as it is a very busy main line.

Cute apartment, but lots of places as nice where you feel genuinely welcomed

Location was great for us- very close to a nice beach, and convenient to the station. The apartment was really cute, decorated nicely and spacious. Enough supplies were provided for our time like garbage bags, toilet paper, and coffee. Shower was good, and air conditioner worked very well. The host was prompt in responding to messages and provided some good recommendations for restaurants, etc.

Host was very unfriendly, and made us feel quite unwelcome. She was to meet us at the station. Unfortunately our train was delayed, and though we texted to let her know, she seemed very annoyed about the minor inconvenience and went on to point out how tired she was. We had just come off a 30 hour trip with small kids, and she couldn’t be bothered to say hello to my 7 and 9 year old, ask about our journey, or anything remotely polite. Upon checkout we requested a late checkout (30 minutes later than normal) and it was a hard no. We know that late checkout is based on availability, but as we sat outside the apartment in +30, no one came. Seemed to be just inflexible and uncooperative. The noise of the nearby train station did not bother us as we are sound sleepers, but there was a dog above us that barked a lot. This is obviously out of the host’s control.
