Tudo correu muito bem durante a nossa estadia. A proprietária e o seu marido receberam-nos com muita simpatia e estiveram sempre disponíveis para responder aos nossos pedidos. O alojamento é agradável, confortável e bem organizado, permitindo que cada pessoa tenha o seu próprio espaço. Além disso, é um local muito calmo e perfeito para descansar. Pudemos desfrutar da piscina com uma vista incrível sobre Funchal, um verdadeiro ponto forte do alojamento. A localização também é excelente, perto do centro de carro, de supermercados e de vários miradouros lindíssimos. O acesso de carro é um pouco difícil e requer alguma atenção, mas faz-se perfeitamente bem se você for devagar e com calma. Não tenham pressa... estão de férias numa das ilhas mais bonitas da Europa! 😉 Os proprietários também tem um restaurante perto do alojamento, chamado tal como a casa e come-se muito bem lá (recomendamos ++++)

Tinha apenas uma pequena orda de formigas na cozinha, poucas e que nao nos fez impressão, foi limpo

Adgangen til huset var desværre meget udfordrende. Indkørslen er meget stejl og vanskelig, og parkering ved huset er besværlig. Vi var desuden uheldige med vejret under vores ophold. Der var hverken aircondition eller nogen form for opvarmning i huset, hvilket gjorde, at det var koldt og ikke særlig komfortabelt – også i soveværelset. Derudover oplevede vi et problem med små myrer i hele huset, inklusive soveværelset. Det var ikke muligt at komme af med dem under vores ophold.

There are a few things my wife and I really liked. - the view...one word required "amazing"! Every morning we were greeted with a beautiful sunrise view over the city. - the space. Plenty of space to move, play, park, or do whatever you desire. Large living room, balcony, two bathrooms, spacious pool, and just in general it feels large. - facilities. There is quite a lot of kitchen tools to use. We did not really cook but it is handy. Also washing machine available and uhm a television which has no cables attached to it (I did not understand that one). - pool. I think it is amazing to have a pool with such a cool view. Although we only used it once, as the weather wasn't always optimal, it was great. - In regards of the entry, super easy accessible if you drive automatic. Not that steep, just gotte try it once. - we arrived at 3 in the night without issues. - the owners of the property also have a great Italian restaurant. They are absolutely lovely people who reply quickly.

There was also a one thing we did not like. - insects....that one disappointed us quite much. Spiders, caterpillars, ants, silverfish, and cockroach...Not just outside in the garden but inside the flat every day. From day 1 we kept windows and doors closed as we already saw a cockroach outside when entering. But still, especially the caterpillars were overflowing the flat. I remove 10 of the in 1 room and a few hours later 11 returned. Especially in the living room, kitchen, hallway and balcony. They go everywhere. There were also a large amount of ants going through our food in the kitchen. One cockroach we had inside which wasn't acceptable either. Unfortunately the tools available (spray/traps) were not very successful. Purely based on this I wouldn't return, although we loved the rest!
