Apartments Vista Oceano

The location was very nice, around a 20 minute walk from the centre. The views from the property were beautiful, and the location itself was very quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was more spacious than I expected. The hosts were above amazing, helping us get a rental car on extremely short notice and coming for a short chat every now and then :) + points for the cute dogs.

The shower took quite a long while to warm up, and it would begin to flood if you used too high of a water pressure. The floors were a bit dirty, but neither of these 2 factors really bothered us too much :). Parking was a bit difficult due to the narrow road the property is located on, but this also didn't cause too many problems.

Nothing

This property was extremely clean. Had a beautiful view. The host was lovely. The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. I would stay here 1 million times again.

There is nothing that I did not like about this property

We had a lovely week in Funchal and were very happy with our apartment at Vista Oceano. We felt very relaxed whenever at the property, the garden is lovely and the sea view over Funchal is beautiful, day or night. The pool is very clean and inviting. The whole apartment was very clean, it was spacious with a comfortable bed, we slept well. The bathroom has modern fittings and an excellent shower. We walked down into Funchal several times and used Uber (or Bolt) to get back up the hill, a bus stop is also nearby. We would like to thank you Ian and Ceu for your warm welcome, kindness and for looking after us during our stay, we have very fond memories of our trip to Funchal. xx
