José is a nice host, procedure to checkin and out is easy The appartment has a small terrasse to enjoy the sun The appartment is a bit shadowy but still nice to enjoy Funchal

Roomy and a good size apartment, perfect for the two of us for 7 weeks. Everything we needed, maybee except for an oven, but we made due. Jose' was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The only cloud was the Covid-19 that put a stop to our outings. Will stay here again if coming back.

Appartement très bien situé dans Funchal (10 mn à pied centre ville), très calme et sécurisé avec parking privé pour voiture, très sombre (imposant arbre municipal) , frais (en janvier février avec un seul chauffage d'appoint insuffisant pour l'appartement en entier). Propriétaire courtois, disponible parlant peu le français.
