A new house with excellent location in a very quiet street in the historic center of Funchal. Near the Quinta das Cruzes Museum and La Vie Shopping Center. Very close to restaurants, shops and attractions. Situated 700 meters from Funchal Marina, 400 meters from Funchal Cathedral and 5 km from Funchal Ecological Park. This house features a balcony with a great view of the city and the mountains.

The house has the most fantastic view and we really enjoyed the patio in the morning and evenings. The location is great view short walk to good restaurants. Be aware that the small road to the house is VERY steep and not for the light hearted. We ended up parking on a nearby paid parking lot which was still convient and not expensive.

Excellent stay in appartment. Location is up the hill with a wonderful view on Funchal. Two full bedrooms and all facilities ok. We’re lucky to have two saturdays with nice firework. The island is more than worth visiting.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Great views of Funchal from the terrace whilst enjoying a glass of wine. Well equipped modern apartment. A short walk to shops and the centre of Funchal, but is a steep walk back and definitely not for those with mobility issues. Overall a great location and a very enjoyable stay.

Clean, newly furnished apartment just 10 minute walk into old Funchal. View from apartment is stunning. Madeira is hilly! So good workout for calves (although you could get taxis easily).Found lots to do in and around Funchal. Here with two teenage daughters. Bed in second room has pull out.Tasty restaurants (check out trip advisor where if you prebook you can get hefty discounts on meals, Goya Restaurant was an amazing evening ... catch buses 1,2 or 4), weather really pleasant, blossoming shrubs and trees everywhere.Pedro organised our taxi to and from the airport which was really helpful. Fab holiday!
