Excellent views from the roof. Outstanding customer service. Miguel is professional and helpful gentleman, who made sure our stay is pleasant and in addition recommended place to visit and food to explore in the island 🏝️. There is place available for car park inside the property. So car rental would be great if confident on driving hills roads. The property is secure with main front door Locked always. Resident of property get a key for the main gate as well during stays. So no pressure on in and out time. Good value for money.

The building infrastructure and furniture was bit outdated. The bed was decent but hardly fit for someone taller above 183 cm height. Location was accessible by bolt easily, however it is difficult if someone choose to walk. Very stippy hill narrow road.

This property was so beautiful You enter and see the beautiful flowers and the banana trees. The apartment itself had good space and it was comfortable. Great location close to Funchal. Will be back here!

The shower drain must have been blocked because when we took showers the water took a very long time to go down.

Very quiet, spacious accommodation in the middle of a banana plantation with beautiful views. The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a large shopping center nearby, which is accessible via a pleasant five-minute walk along the city's levada.

The rooms were a little damp and musty, especially at beginning of our stay. The kitchen equipment is a bit limited.

Miguel met us at the Airport already to give us the Keys and sent nice and clear desciption via WA with pictures. Apartment was easy to find and in good condition. There where extra Blankets and a hairdryer. Kitchen is well equiped and the there is even a Washing Machine. The location in the banana-trees is nice and there is a huge terasse and space for the car.

Bathroom is a bit moldy, but I guess thats because of the humidity. We where there in May and it was a bit cold inside so we tried to use the heating but it did not work. Would be nice to have some instructions there.
