You can find great restaurants nearby (grill or italian, etc), also a big grocery (Continente) only a few blocks away. Good and safe parking place in the garage. It is a fully equipped clean apartment in a quiet street with some nice view. Recommended.

A habitação é bastante confortável, tem tudo para uma boa estadia, tem lugar de garagem, a localização é excelente.

A habitação fica situada ao nível do rés do chão, o barulho do trânsito pode ser incomodativo, mas ok.

It is a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with private parking in the underground car park. The last one is definitely a bonus if you have a rental car. Wardrobes have a lot of space and a very fair amount of hangers, which is rare. The location is quite good, 5 -7 min walk to the grocery store. Have a few bus stops nearby if you want to use public transport. The aircon was perfect even in November as when we opened the balcony doors, little mosquitos attacked us like crazy. The kitchen had quite new small appliances which was nice, but in order to use them, you always had to plug something out as there is only 1 power outlet, so an extension with several plugholes would be brilliant. The promenade is about 5 min down a very steep hill and some stairs. Lovely walk to natural pools nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

It looks rather outdated. Would definitely benefit from proper deep clean in bathrooms plus could use a new toilet seat in one of them, as it had some permanent stains on it so it looked horrible. We only used one of the showers as trying to open shower cubicle doors in the smaller bathroom seemed rather difficult. The apartment is very close to the street, which is not extremely busy but as it's uphill, cars and buses did make a lot of noise trying to drive up the road. Beds are a bit hard but that is quite common in the rentals
