This villa has three apartments. Ours was #1, a one- bedroom with all the modern amenities needed. We have parked our car outside but there is also space behind automatic iron gate. Villa is situated above Funchal, close to the expressway and Continente supermarket. A car is needed as all local streets are steep.
Our apartment did not have a balcony, and the space outside of the entry door does not have ocean views. Other two apartments have them.

Boa localização com ótima vista sobre o Funchal. Apartamento muito espaçoso com muito boas condições, um excelente terraço para desfrutar da vista.

Sehr gut eingerichtete Unterkunft. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, um mit dem Bus ins Zentrum zu fahren.
Leider viel zu laut! Wir hatten das Appartement A2 und die angrenzende Straße ist auch nachts sehr, sehr laut. Auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist aufgrund der schlechten Schalldämmung der Lärm nicht zu ertragen. Leider ein sehr großer Nachteil für diese ansonsten schöne Unterkunft. Wir würden dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.
