Yhteydenpito oli helppoa ja kysymyksiin vastattiin ja puutteisiin reagoitiin nopeasti. Oli myös hyvät ohjeet saapumiseen ja vinkkejä mitä tehdä Venetsiassa. Asunto oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti oli mitä parhain. Maininnan arvoista on, että asuntoon kuulunut minkäänlaista ääntä kadulta ja sen sai aivan pimeäksi, mikä oli nukkumisen kannalta loistavaa.
Ei mitään isoja juttuja, ehkä sisustuksessa voisi panostaa kattovalaisimiin hieman ja teflon pintaisia kattiloita ja paistinpannuja uusia. Viinilaseja voisi olla enemmän ja silityslauta olisi hyvä. Parin päivän vierailijat eivät varmasti tällaisia kaipaa mutta me olimme viikon niin sitten tällaisilla asioilla on jonkin verran merkitystä. Asunto sijaitsi ylimmässä kerroksessa mikä voi olla jollekulle ongelma, mutta tämä on ilmoitettu asunnon tiedoissa ja aiemmissa palautteissa, meitä se ei haitannut.

Close by to the train just 5 mins by walking & also has a washer and a fully equipped kitchen
The mattress was too soft and made me have a backache
