Wonderful Spot, Highly Recommend!!

As a family we loved the location and how quiet our area was but also how easy it was to get everywhere. It was so nice that the property managers helped organize our transportation and helped with any questions we had. We requested a private water taxi which took us close to the apartment. We did not have to drag our luggage over any bridges to get there. The apartment was extremely clean, and for the summer AC worked great. It was such a nice bonus to have a washer! We had everything we needed and more!

The only thing was having difficulty first finding the apartment. However, the pizza shop nearby was happy to help. This was more about not being familiar with Italy and understanding the maps and streets.

Great modern apartment - really convenient location when arriving from bus or train station.

Modern, comfortable property with space for a family of 5. A little further away from the central area but walkable to St Marks Square in 25 minutes and a nice way to explore the city on the way. Really convenient for the train and bus stations - only a 10 minute walk to both.

It was a little cold and we had no way of turning on the heating. It is on the second floor with no lift - this was ok for us, but may be difficult for some people to manage with their luggage.

Beautiful Modern Property

We liked the size, cleanliness, comfort, facilities, i.e., aircon, skylight, etc., kitchen essentials, i.e., fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and all cutleries as well as the availability of a lift.

Good spacious apartment with alot of stairs to climb

Clean, spacious, near to the train station and water taxi station. Good air conditioning and good hot water for showering.

(1) No lift and located on the 4th floor. (2) It is located across the river from the train station, so will have to climb alot of stairs (with luggages) to get the apartment. else, will have to pay for porter service to get yr luggages across.

I like the apartment size and cleanliness, I love to stay on upper floors and this was perfect, no problem bringing luggages up because there is a lift for it. kitchen equipment is complete. location is ok near to restaurants and a convenience store

1) 6 ppl occupied the property which no pillow offered for those sleeping in sofabed. Only used the sofa cushion 2) no rack for the toiletry items. What need to do was place the shampoo, shower gel etc on the floor 3) not sure if one under basin is rubbish bin. But no others can put rubbish 4) toilet lock isnt function well

Perfect for a family stay in Venice

Location is really great, less than 10 mins from Santa Lucia train station, and 2 minutes from the nearest boat station. Many great restaurants and bars close by. Apartment is well equipped, spacious, clean, comfortable and air conditioning in every room was a life saver!

Washing machine was very handy for us but no clothes dryer to hang washing on.

This is an excellent place to stay in Venice.

We rented 3 rooms on the third floor. All three were clean, comfy and large. The property is located close to the train station (about 10 minutes walk). The check in was really easy and efficient. We were able to complete the check-in, a few days before our trip and our host provided us with codes to enter the building and the apartments. This made our check-in process smooth and stress free. Our host was kind and easy to reach all the time to answer our questions.

The building does not have an elevator.

Nice stay

The property is clean and have plenty of closets. It was quiet and there is a small, modern elevator but very slow good only when lifting the luggage. Kitchen is well equipped and air conditioning is very good. Short walking distance to train station. I used the washing machine and there were soaps provided. The shower floor is a little slippery though.

We used google map to find the place and it showing us the right address but been trying to locate the exact address host gave us and we couldn't find it and keep circling around. the property is just on the side entrance of the building. They should have just said that and not to confuse us.

Disappointing

The central point in the city

appartment not cosy, central heating was not working but only the air-condition. therefore appartment was not warm and expecially in the bathroom it was very cold!

Fine but with one annoying flaw

There were a serious sound problem in one of the bedrooms. They had gotten 2 fancy electricity outages which also had USB loading ports. Unfortunately the transformers must have been really bad quality because they were giving out a constant whining sound. Not totally loud but loud enough to make sleeping impossible. We managed to muffle them up by covering them in 2 douanes.

Newly refurbished - great location

We picked this because of its proximity to bus and train stations. Very convenient. A newly refurbished apartment. All clean and new. It’s a shame they gave us the wrong code to come in the first night. This created confusion. Good thing we had Internet on our mobile phones because they replied to WhatsApp messages. I’d stay here again.

Nous avions réservé pour 6. Il n’y avait pas de housse pour la couette du canapé convertible. Les enfants ont dû dormir deux nuits sur 4 sans. Il n’y avait pas d’ampoule dans une lampe de chevet, pas de tire-bouchon. L’équipe est sympa mais pas très réactive.
