Alberto was a very good host! Responsive and has great recommendations. Is a short walk from the bus station and even with a big suitcase it was comfortable to arrive. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is big and has everything you'd need. It's on the first floor so only one flight of stairs.
A bit noisy if you get the bedroom next to the street but there are other two that face an inner courtyard. We had some issues to understand the water pressure/temperature of the shower.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment in a great location. The restaurant recommendations from the host Alberto were outstanding! I wish we could be in Venice longer so we could try them all.

I booked this apartment for location and it’s excellent as I wanted an apartment near to train station. It’s very walkable within Venice and the water bus station is within reached which is convenient for trip to Murano etc…
I do understand we are residing in a very old charming apartment. But still the apartment could have been cleaner, u can’t see from the photo. We didn’t managed to wash our laundry as the washing machine room, on the ground level, is not well maintained. Pls do clean up the laundry room.
