Luxury Apartment Venice

The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is not far from the train station (7 minutes away). There is a water transport stop nearby, and a supermarket is a 4-minute walk away. All the amenities are available. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Our respect to Pascal.

I enjoyed the place; it was beautiful and clean.

Everything was beautiful.

The apartment was in a good location out of the busiest part of Venice. It was clean, and we had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchenette. There were a few things that could do with some maintenance, but overall it didn't affect our stay very much

Shower handle was slightly broken, and we couldn't close the blinds in the living area.

Ubicación y bastante cómodo.

Lavadora no centrifuga y tuvimos que escurrir a mano la ropa, la nevera medio rota y perdiendo agua. El congelador inservible de la cantidad de hielo que tenía. No habia escoba ni recogedor. Tampoco mando a distancia de la TV de la habitación principal. La persiana del techo del comedor no se podía cerrar dejando pasar demasiada luz y desvelando a la persona que dormía en el comedor. Lo peor… el propietario me dijo que dejara la tasa turística en efectivo y así lo hice. Dejé 24€ en efectivo encima de la mesa pero el propietario me escribió un whatsapp diciendo que no había pagado y que le hiciera una transferencia o pago por paypal. Obviamente le dije que no pagaría dos veces. No volveré!
