A pleasant home from home!

Although the parking was very near, it was then difficult, due to mobility problems, to walk to the back of the property to locate the key safe and then back to the front door of the block of flats, then through a fire door until you got to the door of the flat. Once we were in with all our luggage etc. it was lovely!

I liked that the flat contained everything I needed for the duration of my stay. A tea towel, washing up liquid and sponge were provided which was helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

The flat needs some TLC. It appears that there have been problems with damp in the past and there were quire a few spots with black dots on the walls. Part of the plinth under the kitchen cabinets needs attention. I also found that the mugs had quite bad tea stains in, which is not a major issue but something that bothered me, so I did spend time scrubbing a couple to use throughout my stay.

location was good for our needs, flat was clean and tidy, beds comfy, mostly had all you needed to cater. easy access.

Flat in need of some tlc, bathroom door was difficult to close, kitchen units in need of repairs, settees uncomfortable, lack of towels (may have been a case of bringing our own, but didn't note any such request) no tea towels. Shower a bit lacking in any pressure.

Location was good. Clean, comfy beds.

NO iron! Disappointing when you need to go somewhere special. The walls need some tlc in kitchen/family area. Would make the place feel alot better.

Nasty owner & property

The size of the apartment was nice.

The day we arrived I received a message with a lot of arrival information, location of the lock box with the key etc. And this is when I was informed that I must provide my own bathing towels. Who travels with towels? The oven and refrigerator were nasty. When I told the owner she said. "but the waste cans were empty & the beds made up, correct?" I expect more than that when I check into a place. The owner was rude to me a number of times in our text communications. I will never return to this property!

Smart and sophisticated flat containing all the essentials for a short stay.

Lovely location and surroundings. The property felt smart, clean, spacious and minimalistic - had exactly what was needed for our stay. Easy and simple arrival accessing keys and allocated parking space.

To improve an already great property the windows could do with an external clean, kitchen cabinet skin repairing and a little extra cleanliness with the bed linen. Could include travel cot.

Peaceful place to stay near busy Glastonbury.

Excellent value for money. Peaceful and quiet, about 12 minutes walk from Clarks Outlet. Big supermarket and Mc Donald’s close by as well.

The location was perfect for us personally as our daughter lives just 5 minutes away and she was the reason for our visit, will use this property again if possible for future visits.

There was a cat visited every night by the window we had to give in and buy some cat treats as the meow`s made us feel guilty.

Shower boiling hot, couldn't adjust to cooler temp. Previous occupant had left a glass bottle of water in freezer and it had shattered.

A lovely clean, large, well equipped apartment. Easy key colection, free parking. Very quiet and a 10 minute walk to the Clarke's village. Superb all round.

Ideal position for what we needed.

General cleanliness. Paintwork needs freshing up. Felt grubby, smelt of air freshner rather than clean. Horrible carpet in lounge and sofas covering were not appealing.

Microwave is a health risk with rust inside needs changing. Noticed in guest book that visitor in November stated the same. Comments need acting on ! Cleaning was OK but with covid needs doing better, had to clean shower head as was filthy.

Found furniture very comfortable and nice and quiet and warm. Other than that..we will come again.

Dirty cups. Dirty microwave (Rusty) No privacy in the bedroom. Blinds broken. Had to change in the bathroom. Shower head not holding on rail. No hairdryer and no complimentary shower and soaps.

Perfect location for Clarks Village Christmas shopping trip. Nice roomy flat on ground floor. Good heating and comfy beds.

Had difficulty with key safe as my dexterity of fingers is hampered with arthritis. A new replacement would work better.

Ok for short stay but. It sure I would stay there again.

Was self catering. Location good, had about 15-20 min walk to centre of town. Had all the facilities you needed i.e. cooker, washer, fridge freezer etc.

Although basically clean, felt the sheets could have been fresher, not even been ironed and not sure if 100% cotton. Also towels were not included!! Curtains were hanging down in some places and windows needed a clean.
