About this chalet rental
Our one bedroom unit is located downstairs at the harbour side of the lodge
with beautiful views of the Whangaroa harbour. The Lodge was built in 1876
by the first councilor of Whangaroa then later became the whangaroa hospital
(hence the address Old hospital road) in later years becoming as we are today
the Sunseeker Lodge. Whangaroa is a small village with a little shop, a fishing
club and a pub the nearest town is Kaeo which is a 10 minute drive from the lodge.
Whangaroa is known as the fishing capital of New Zealand with its extensive harbour
and historic history many story s to be told. So come and enjoy watching the boats
go by in the comfort of your unit or relax in the spa with amazing harbour views
and enjoy this perfect piece of Paradise.
