    Great location, easy check in, beautiful views from the window and the rooftop, cute design throughout.

    No staff at hotel. Very dated. No lifts, so expect to carry bags up stairs. Very cramped room, with no plug outlets by bed. Beds were comfy however, and air conditioning was great.

    The room was small, hotel old and no parking onsite - but that’s to be expected when staying in this part of the city. The room was tidy and well kept. Although the hotel has no staff on site, we had no issues entering the building or our room. Overall, it was a charming place to stay for our overnight visit and the location was amazing. Would stay here again!

    This is a fully automated hotel meaning that even when you need help you would not get any. The shampoo and body wash bottle was EMPTY and when I reported, the auto reply says the lodging doesn't include toiletry! This would be the first lodging that I booked that commit on NO TOILETRY. However, we do like the location of the hotel as it is close to the main Quebec attractions and a short uphill walk from VIA train station.
