About this apartment rental
The T3 is located in a recent luxury residence (2010) with elevator. The stay includes a fitted kitchen, it is West facing and overlooks a large terrace of 20 m2 open to the oyster port of La Teste.
2 bathrooms, a separate toilet.
2 bedrooms, one overlooking the terrace and the duplex room enjoys a balcony also overlooking the oyster port.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce duplex vraiment très bien équipé et très spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue et l'accès au port ostréicole, ainsi que les couchers de soleil ! Un petit bémol pour les nuisances sonores (les personnes qui se garent dans la rue devant le balcon et donc la chambre du RDC, ne sont pas discrètes, qu'il soit 23h ou 7h du matin...), et le linge de lit. Nous gardons malgré tout un excellent souvenir de cette semaine !

Appartement agréable et propre à la décoration un peu « kitsch »
Bien équipé avec draps et linge de toilettes fourni
Isolation de l’immeuble très insuffisante( la voisine vous le fait remarquer dès votre arrivée…)
Portes pour la chambre, toilettes et Seb montées à l’envers….
Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire et de la personne dédiée
