L’appartement est climatisé, confortable et bien équipé. Il est bien situé, à proximité de centres commerciaux, du parking relais permettant de relier Arcachon par une navette gratuite, et de plusieurs petits ports ostréicoles typiques du bassin d’Arcachon. La dune du Pyla et le Cap-Ferret sont également faciles d’accès depuis l’appartement (en voiture). La communication avec Jérémie a été très sympathique et fluide. Il a pensé à tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Todas las comodidades del apartamento y la plaza para el coche. Está cerca de todo y te puedes mover tanto en coche como andando. Buenas comunicación con el anfitrión que respondió en todo momento

Logement fonctionnel bien restauré et bien équipé, clim. efficace, stationnement privatif, propriétaire très réactif et fort aimable, quartier dans lequel se trouve des commerces et c'est bien utile.
Le bâtiment est mal insonorisé, heureusement les voisins sont raisonnables (nous aussi). 2ème étage sans ascenseur.

Iets te voet naar het centrum. Lidl in is niet aan te raden,beter iets naar Intermarché 2 persoonsmatras was voor ons te zacht.Ieder zijn voorkeur natuurlijk
