Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns bei Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Gute Küchenausstattung mit Geschirrspüler.
Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Besonders der Balkon war nicht gefegt und überall Spinnweben. Leider hatte das Appartement keine Klimaanlage, was gerade in unserem Urlaub fast unerträglich war ( Temp. 35' - 40 ' C). Der Pool war leider etwas vernachlässigt (kaum Liegen und etwas ungepflegt)

gute Lage, Parkplatz vorhanden, geräumige Wohnung im 2. OG über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar, Wohn- und Schlafbereich über eine Treppe verbunden

Emplacement relatif - temps exceptionnel - documentation a disposition -
Présence de parasites du bois dans l'ensemble de l'appartement, jusque dans les draps. Malgré la réactivité du gestionnaire, c'est resté gênant et nous avons du investir dans un certain nombre de produits insecticides.
