On the 6th floor of a secure building with an elevator, this 45 sq m (484 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment boasts two balconies and unobstructed views of the port and the Arcachon Bay.
The entrance hall leads to a shower room with a washing machine, a separate WC, and a pleasant living area. The open-plan kitchen is functional and fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine) and extends into a dining area and a cozy living room with a sofa bed (140 cm). This room opens onto a first north-facing balcony overlooking the port. The first bedroom has two single beds (90 cm), while the second bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and direct access to the second east-facing balcony, offering a tranquil panorama of the bay and salt marshes. For your comfort, the apartment features internet/WiFi access, balcony furniture with sun loungers, and an electric barbecue to fully enjoy the outdoors. A private parking space is also included. The residence also offers a lovely outdoor swimming pool, open from June 1st to September 30th, from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm, ideal for relaxing and cooling off after a day at the beach or a stroll along the harbor.
