Cocoonr offers you this charming 160 m² air-conditioned villa to rent in La Teste-de-Buch, less than a kilometre from the beach, with swimming pool and wifi (fibre optics). It can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Villa Dolce Vita comprises a lovely living area, a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful double bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and a lovely garden with a terrace and swimming pool.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a large lounge
- A fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge and terrace, with a dining table
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190)
- Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200)
The property can therefore accommodate up to 10 people.
- Two shower rooms on each floor
- Two separate toilets on each floor
Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from 1 May to 30 September
- A lovely garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The villa is ideally located in La Teste-de-Buch, in very pleasant surroundings close to the port of La Teste and its oyster huts. You'll have all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: La Teste de Buch 15 minutes on foot.
- Nearest airport: Mérignac 45 minutes by car
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
