Very comfortable house of 100m², with a floor in the quiet small residence with a garden.
Recent house, inhabited all year round, with many modern amenities, including integrated air conditioning, can accommodate 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, 1 bathroom.
Internet access by Wifi.
Garden of 40 m2 with terrace, electric awning blind combined barbecue and gas plancha bottle, garden furniture and dining table with 6 chairs.
Private parking on the ground outside the house and places available in the residence.
House fully equipped for 6 people, including 1 sleeping 160X200, 2 beds of 90X190 and 1 beds of 140X200.

-a seating area with relaxing leather sofa and 2 chairs, large TV TNT flat screen LCD 3D, 3D Blue Ray and DVD player with home cinema system, radio CD player, Wii game console
-a veranda with dining table, 6 chairs and corner "idleness". The windows and the glass roof can be fully closed by electric shutters.
Separate toilet on the ground floor.

Nous étions 3 amies à partager la location. Nous avions chacune notre chambre. Bonne literie, très bien dormi. Pas de bruit extérieur. Maison située dans une petite résidence avec parking, facile d accès.
A la intérieur, belle espace pour avoir ses aisé. Cuisine aménagée. Un conseil, penser à apporter produits de base huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre...couteau a légume, sets de table, sinon au niveau ustensiles tout y est.
Beau petit coin terrasse et coin repas... attention aux moustiques... prévoyez 🙂

Maison avec tt le confort et bien située, centre ville et plage à 20 mn à pied.
Mais, terrasse extérieure sans jardin et route passante à proximité.

Logement spacieux, lumineux, bien agencé et très bien équipé.
Propreté et confort au top !
Idéalement situé dans une petite résidence très calme, à la limite Arcachon/La Teste de Buch, il est à environ 15-20 min en voiture de la Dune du Pyla.
Des commerces sont à proximité, ainsi que des pistes cyclables.
Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la part des propriétaires (produits régionaux offerts) !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, un grand merci Mr et Mme Courteix !

Très jolie maison bien située et au calme. Rien ne manque. Belle région à découvrir. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Séjour parfait.
