The flat is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Service was very good and Valerie took care for a perfect check in and setting up the TV. Kitchen is great and also very well equipped, we cooked every day. Aircondition worked well, especially as the two bed-rooms do not have windows. The only windows that could be opened were found in the attached bathrooms. However, opening these windows offer you a view into a locked shed. So ventilation is not taking place. Additionally the toilet in the main bathroom was out of order (which were were not informed about before) and a constant mask of bad smell from canalization was present, especially during night when AC was to loud/bright as we used it. This malodour could neither be handled with room spray nor setting up a van. Lastly, the terrace is located to the street (counted roughly 8 cars/min = 500/hour) so sitting outside for breakfast or dinner was uncomfortable and thus not done. If booking this flat with kids aged 0-9y, be aware that side walks in this street cannot be used smoothly with buggy/handcart. This distance to the beautiful beach was manageable.
