Welcome to the Villa Bagatelle, this charming Arcachon area completely restored in the spirit of the Bay.
It will be your privileged refuge to spend, in the best conditions, a stay on the Bay of Arcachon!
This house will delight you with its calm while being ideally located, but above all by its warm atmosphere and its beautiful light.
The large living room opens onto a beautiful courtyard of 30m2 with its shaded wooden terrace in a quiet area at the back with all the charm of its large listed umbrella pine!
You are 300m from the casino of Arcachon and you can choose between the rather lively central beach and the rather family beach of Eyrac.
You are also a 6-minute walk from Arcachon train station and 7 minutes from its lively market.
You can park in the property thanks to its 3 very appreciable parking spaces in the center of Arcachon!
How is Villa Bagatelle composed:
With a surface area of 75m2, the villa will seduce you with its comfort thanks to a beautiful living room, a lounge area with its flat-screen TV, a dining area table for 6 to 8 people, and a very functional and fully equipped kitchen with its cupboards and storage, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and direct access to the terrace with barbecue and large garden furniture for pleasant moments around an aperitif or beautiful grills with friends or family, not to mention its table and ping-pong for young and old.
Upstairs, you will enjoy a double bedroom with a thick 160 cm chest bed opening onto the shaded terrace at the back of the house, with cupboard, as well as a second bedroom with shower with a 140 cm bed overlooking the front of the house and having its dressing room.
The landing connecting them leads to a bathroom with large shower, washbasin, storage unit and toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine is located on the rear landing.
In the courtyard you will find the charming wooden "cabin", which includes a 140 cm bed as well as 2 bunk beds in a chest to save space, as well as its own bathroom with large shower, sink, storage unit, and toilet.
