Single storey villa with pool in Arcachon Gironde for 11 persons

A wonderful holiday in Jean-Francois and Pascale’s lovely home. Lots of space for two families and an amazingly well equipped house. Short walk to the beach, and a great beach bar, but set in a very quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us - we hope to come back!

We enjoyed our rental of this very nice house in Arcachon in June. The house is beautiful, both on the inside and outside. The landscaping was lovely, with many flowering plants and mature trees on the very large lot. The outdoor space was exceptionally private, with no other homes in view to either side or behind the property. Our group of four adults and three young children was very comfortable. We utilized the outdoor space each day, including the swing set, swimming pool, very large outdoor dining table, grill, and comfortable casual seating. The house was in very good condition and exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with how well equipped and functional the kitchen was, including glassware and table settings for entertaining large groups. Likewise the house is furnished well and thoughtfully. Our interactions with the owner and the local caretaker were very pleasant and efficient.

Prestation de très bonne qualité dans un endroit calme (hiver!), boisé juste ce qu'il faut et à proximité de la plage (10mn à pied par des voies hors voitures), bus au bout de la rue pour centre-ville et plage. Les photos, meubles et objets donnent un air familial à cette maison où nous avons agréablement passé Noel en famille. Equipements et aménagements conformes à la description, en accord avec le niveau annoncé. Chauffage efficace. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représentait.
