Upper level comfortable. Basement rooms gloomy and damp.
We used public transport throughout our stay. Cost is very reasonable but bus timetables not easy to understand. Ideally a car location.

As a family of eight including two young children, there were many features of the house which we loved: the main one being the outside decking where we ate nearly very meal. The kitchen and living areas were very well equipped. However,the basement rooms were rather gloomy and the understair toilet was cramped. We enjoyed the Arcachon area, especially the boat trips in the bay, the beaches, Cazaux lake and the Dune du Pyla.
