Located in the heart of Arcachon, 100m from the beach and seafront, and 300m from the train station, Thiers pier, and market, this 66m² two-bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained building and comprises:
- Entrance hall with built-in wardrobe / double living room with sofa bed (140x190cm), TV, and dining area opening onto a furnished balcony.
- Open-plan kitchen with: 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
- Bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and en-suite shower room.
- Bedroom with one double bed (140x200cm) and en-suite bathroom.
Separate WC.
- Pets are not allowed. Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental property (inside and out).
