- Living room with sofa bed (140x190), TV, Bluetooth speaker radio and dining room opening onto the terrace with VERY NICE VIEW of the pool and furniture.
- Independent kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) with adjoining bathroom.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), 1 shower room and separate [hidden]

-The tour bus (July and August) or the little tourist train (April to October) will allow you to discover the city.
-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.

Vue de rêve sur le bassin d'Arcachon, emplacement idéal en centre-ville : près des commerces, de l'animation, de la gare. Terrasse toute la journée mi-ombre/mi-soleil. Appartement très bien équipé.

L'état de l'appartement nécéssiterai qq gros travaux, porte fenêtre ne fermant pas ( jour important entre les vantaux et les dormants) cuisine très sombre par manque d'éclairage, électro-ménager de la même époque que l'appartement, porte de cuisine à ouvrir très délicatement car frotte sur le sol (détail les portes intérieures sont en verre). La baignoire relookée avec une résine n'est pas utilisable. Positif la situation géographique de la location, proche de toutes commodités, le point de vue sur le bassin, magnifique. Votre contact sur place parfait et pour terminer les infiltrations d'eau dans le parking souterrain et en fonction de l'emplacement affecté peuvent ajouter un souvenir à rapporter sur le véhicule (traces de salpêtre conséquentes avec ses infiltrations. Pour moi cela aura été une flaque d'eau pour monter dans mon véhicule)
