Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'installer et faire que le quotidien soit facile et confortable. Les commerces et le centre ville sont à 15 minutes à pied. Le marché du jeudi matin est grand avec spécialités locales, maraichers, poissonniers et vêtements.... Pied à terre intéressant de part sa situation géographique entre Arcachon, la Dune du Pilat, Gujan-Mestras,...

entant handicape pas de toilette au rdc pas d'état des lieux donc pas de tv les télé commande ne fonctionne pas (j'ai manque le match de coupe de la ligue )para sol extérieur défectueux pas de hotte aspirante a la cuisine ET SURTOUT MON PETIT CHIEN A ETE REFUSE
