A lovely apartment in a quiet location with excellent air conditioning. It’s an ideal choice if you’re traveling by rental car, especially for exploring Arcachon. At the end of June, we had no trouble finding parking in the city. A few things to keep in mind: bed linen is not included in the price but can be rented for an additional fee. You’ll also need to bring or buy your own toilet paper and soap, as these are not provided.
The apartment has a slight musty smell when you first enter. The shower door leaks due to its design, so water easily ends up on the bathroom floor. The bathroom ventilation is quite weak, which causes a lot of steam and moisture to build up after showering. The balcony could use a thorough cleaning, and the shower floor has some visible stains.

Superbe appartement, bien situé, au calme, très bien équipé, très belle décoration, lit confortable, immeuble récent propre, parking accessible
Gros bémol ! la douche fuit par la porte, un problème de conception à reprendre , appartement trop bien pour recevoir des enfants en bas âge ,sinon rien d'autre
