Arcachon - Aiguillon / Marina, beaches, shops, restaurants, and cycle paths nearby, quiet, modern, and new 80m² 2-bedroom house comprising: an entrance hall with office, a large 41m² living room (140x190cm sofa bed/TV/WIFI) opening onto a large, sunny 30m² southwest-facing terrace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom (140x190cm bed), a bathroom with toilet (large walk-in shower), a second bedroom (2 90x190cm beds), and a pantry (washing machine). Underfloor heating.
Ideal for a couple with children, this single-story detached house offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful vacation on the bay. Fenced garden of 180m² including a large terrace (with furniture, table and chairs for 5 people (large parasol from April to the end of September)) of 30m² and the possibility of parking two cars in the driveway.
4-star furnished accommodation
Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided, but can be rented through the agency, [hidden], 1 pack (sheets and towels) for a double bed for €42 per week.
Cleaning fee included in the price.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating consumption will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.
Non-smoking accommodation and pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Several cafes and restaurants are located in this same area 600m from the house: Italian restaurant Le Bassano, Le Chipiron (seafood), Le Bistrot du Port, Le Patio (Michelin starred restaurant: one star). The Santa Maria (seafood) is located on the marina inside the CVA.

Our stay was very good. Two points, the exterior shots of the property from the road are of another property so this should be remedied. Terrace and interior both excellent. Normally, tidying up by the renter's and then cleaning is within the price. Appreciated the manager, Fanny, for her attention. Location is interesting and peaceful. Recommend bikes for getting into the central beaches.

La maison est accueillante, propre bien équipée.
Le petit jardin et la terrasse, bien agréables pour manger à l'extérieur et se reposer dans les jolies chaises longues.

Très bon ètat de la maison , dommage pas de climatiseur mais ventilateurs, chambres donnant sur la rue assez passante , pas assez de vaisselle (plats, pas de bols).
