About this apartment rental
Very nice fully renovated apartment of 70m² with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and 1 bathroom and a terrace with sea view of 35 m² in a very quiet residence.
Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge, freezer, convection oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, classic coffee maker, toaster, food processor.
1 bedroom: 1 bed of 160 x 200
1 bedroom: 2 beds of 90 x 200 including 1 trundle bed 90 x 200
1 bathroom: 1 shower + 1 sink + 1 washing machine + towel dryer
1 separate toilet
Terrace: 1 outdoor lounge + 1 table for 6 people
1 private and closed cellar for 5 bicycles
2 parking spaces
Location: building located at the tip of the Aiguillon, 10 minutes walk from the marina, with a beach at the foot of the building. Very beautiful view of the basin and the port of La Teste. By bike you are 20 minutes from the large beaches of Pereires and Abatilles, and 10 minutes from the central beach of Arcachon (Jetée Thiers) and the train station of Arcachon.

Linen can be delivered directly to the apartment (see LOC LINGE conditions).
The cleaning is also for a cost of 85E.
The keys are sent to you by email (electronic lock, ISEO remote function). Entry is on Saturdays from 4 p.m. and exit must be made at 11 a.m.
The inventory of fixtures is carried out by camera or external service provider.

This apartment is situated close to everything. Beach, dining, shopping are all close. We loved the check in process using our phone. We never needed a key! Very well equipped with a large terrace and beautiful views, the only need was for a bit of an update to make the apartment brighter.
