La propreté, spacieux, la terasse

Logement bien situé au niveau du port ostréicole de La Teste, à 15’ à pied du carrefour market, pharmacie, boulangerie et camion à pizzas. Après 10’ de plus toujours à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville avec un marché couvert. Quartier résidentiel calme. Duplex récent bien aménagé et équipé (lave-linge notamment) avec une belle terrasse. Du wifi mais pas de tv comme précisé dans l’annonce.
Rien de spécial mais quelques suggestions pour que ce soit encore plus confortable : lampes de chevet dans la chambre à 2 lits, grille-pain.

Emplacement du logement et parking privé , très bien. Appartement bien équipé. Environnement très calme.
Les sommiers des 2 lits en 90cm ( pour le confort il aurait été apprécié d'avoir des sommiers à lattes au lieu d'une planche 😒)
