Petit bémol : il manque vivement une climatisation car il fait vite chaud à l’intérieur ce qui est désagréable surtout la nuit pour passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil C’est le seul point négatif

Nice open plan, great view. Master bedroom at wardrobe and bath was good. Nice kitchen.

Check in process was not good. It’s basically managed through two agencies (and the property owner) which meant that comms were slow as everything had to go through 2 / 3 parties. The agency we collected the key from sprung a 1500 security deposit on us which was not made very clear beforehand - it is buried in the T’s and C’s which even the property manager couldn’t locate on the listing - it really was hidden so do keep an eye out for this. Deposit was ok in the end but it did feel shady at the time as it was so bizarre. There was lots of emails and communication in general from the property managers, but not about the security deposit and also not about the fact that sheets and towels were not supplied. Granted, the sheets were also in the fine print of the listing however given the amount of comms on other subjects we were completely surprised on arrival as this is normally provided in other similar accom. This property has a few things to work on to make check in a lot smoother.
