In luxury residence, in 1st line (quiet area of the Aiguillon) with private access to the beach, apartment (since 2016), bright, R of C, 70 m2 for 4 people, comfortable (L.L. linen / tumble dryer, induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine (without capsules), kettle, hair dryer, Wifi ...)

- 2 single beds (or twin) and large wardrobe closet
-Bathroom, separate toilet

-Commerces and restaurants at 300m
-Baby equipment, on request (cot, high chair)
-Navette in front of the residence towards city center (1,5km)
Water, electricity, tourist tax INCLUDED. Mandatory cleaning, not included: 50 €. Deposit: 600 € not cashed

Les pieds dans l'eau
Superbe appartement avec 2 terrasses avec commerces à 300m.
Idéalement situé pour récupérer les pistes cyclables.
Il ne manquait que le soleil
