The apartment has a closed garage in the basement for a car of 30 m2.
The linen is provided: bed linen, towels, including bath mats and kitchen towels.
A deposit of € 1200 returnable at the exit will be requested upon entry into the apartment.

Très bel appartement comme sur les photos et résidence très calme et très bien placée. Accueil très chaleureux.

Accueil à l'arrivée et au départ par les propriétaires très agréables et cordiaux.
Résidence très calme et sécurisée.
Autre point fort cet appartement possède un grand garage où l'on peut déposer des vélos si besoin.
L'emplacement est top, tout proche de la plage de la pointe de l'Aiguillon et du port de plaisance. Il y a également une autre plage à 300m environ.
Le centre ville d'Arcachon et la plage sont accessibles à pied. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo par pistes cyclables.
Pour résumé nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement tout confort.
