For rent by the week in Arcachon Aiguillon area, charming apartment of 35 m2 renovated in 2019 air-conditioned feet in the water, sea view, with direct access to the beach (1st line), it is located on the ground floor with a terrace of 30 m2. The coastal path passes the apartment, possibility of parking easily nearby even in high season.

1 double bedroom, bed 140.
1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer.
Separate toilet.
1 Kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine
1 living room with BZ convertible bed 140, TV, vacuum cleaner and iron.
The living room overlooks the terrace with breathtaking views over the Arcachon basin, equipped with a table and 4 chairs and deckchairs to eat outside, facing the sea.
Quilt, pillows, mattress pads supplied and changed between each tenant, for optimal hygiene.
Bed linen and towels provided with supplement
At guests' disposal 2 bikes with children's door, parasol, cooler,

Pets allowed on request (25 € per week suppl.)
Deposit 500 € not cashed + household deposit 50 €
SNCF train station at 2 Km, possibility of transport
Immediate proximity to all shops (supermarket, PMU tobacco bar, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, butcher, fishmonger, cheese ...). Bike path and pedestrian nearby, to regain the hyper center of Arcachon along the basin (20 min walk).
200 m from the residence, an electric shuttle bus can reach the station and the city center (except Sundays and parties). From there, buses allow you to go to the Dune du Pyla, the ocean beaches, the thalassotherapy center, the golf course, the pier for boat trips (cabanas, Cap Ferret, Banc d'Arguin). ) ...

We absolutely loved this pet friendly property. Very clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed, the bed was clean and comfortable to.The outside areas were clean and the patio furniture was in good condition. We would give this property 10 stars if we could.
