About this apartment rental
Apartment of 41 m2 with exceptional view of the pool at 180 degrees with a balcony with a table and 4 chairs.
Located 100m from the beach of the marina on the 3rd floor with elevator. Bedroom with 140 cm bed with mattress for comfort and large wardrobe. Living room with very comfortable bed that can be folded into a bench. Storage cupboard near the bed. Bathroom with bathtub and shower refurbished in September 2024. Possibility of providing a travel cot and mattress for children under 3 years old. Parking in the basement with assigned space.
Only sheets and dish towels are provided, not towels. Bicycle rental at the bottom of the building which is very convenient. Cycle path in front of the apartment. Small dog allowed and garden in front of the apartment
Several shops nearby: cafes, supermarket, bakeries,
restaurants, fishmonger, laundromat and pizzeria. Close to the train station.
Everything can be done on foot or by bike. Bus near the apartment
I provide basic food products for the kitchen and household products.
