You'll appreciate its brightness, unobstructed views and glimpses of the Bay from its west-facing balcony. The entire apartment faces the courtyard, allowing you to enjoy a relatively quiet setting while still being in the city center. This location is ideal for enjoying the various attractions Arcachon has to offer: beaches, shops, a market, and a cinema are all less than a 10-minute walk away. The apartment's first level comprises an entrance hall, a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room opening onto the balcony, a bedroom opening onto the balcony, equipped with a 140x190cm bed (retractable type, lift system locked), and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find a second attic bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, a second bathroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room. The apartment is equipped with electric heating (included). Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is optional (fee-based service). There is a secure parking space. This is a non-smoking apartment. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water (within reasonable limits), electricity, and heating. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are provided.
