About this house rental
House offered for rent from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays over 7 days.
House of 2 bedrooms, 72 m2 with pleasant living room of 40m2 with kitchen, decoration and loft atmosphere with exposed beams, overlooking an open patio.
This is our second home, we have almost completely renovated in late summer 2016 with the utmost care.
The house is clean, and we hope future tenants will take care of it.
Ideal for a couple with one or 2 child (ren) or 2 couples: 1 room with 1 bed of 140 and a second room with 2 beds of 90. This is 2 pull-out beds that put in double bed or 2 separate single beds. Very new mattresses.
2 outside: the patio for a quiet, sunny and in the shade for an aperitif or evening meal. And closed parking, outside but out of sight to store your bikes.
(which can also be rented 500 meters from the house)
Located in the picturesque district of the archonnais, that of Aiguillon with its port, its beach and all local shops, all 150 meters from the house.
You put the car in the small street of the house, and you do everything on foot or by bike: bike path almost in front of the house.
Downtown, central beach and Arcachon market 20/25 minutes walk, 10 minutes by bike. Market of the Teste at 15mn by the bike path of salt meadows. 25 minutes from the village of Moulleau and Pereire neighborhood
Ocean beaches and Dune du Pyla, 20 minutes by car, and Bordeaux 1 hour by train (station 5 minutes) or car.
Ballades in the salt meadows of l'Aiguillon, around oyster tasting huts, 150 m from the house.
House very well equipped with Wifi (freebox), dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, citrus press, toaster ...
Sheets and duvet covers and pillows and pillowcases provided: 1 bed 140 and 2 of 90 - pillow 60x60
4 shower towels provided
It will be asked a deposit of 1200euros to future tenants who will not be cashed and returned within 48 hours after departure and verification of the proper use of appliances.
Rental of bikes, boats, jet skis and boat trips on the Arcachon basin within 10 minutes.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, l'accueil du propriétaire a été chaleureux . Tout est fait pour pour que nous nous sentions bien dans cette petite maison confortable et bien équipée ( joli patio où nous avons pris le temps d'admirer un très beau ciel étoilé !!! ) pour passer nos vacances... commerces à proximité ( fameuse poissonnerie ) la plage à 400 mètres à pieds ... le stationnement n'a posé aucun problème, nous avons toujours trouvé une place Rue Duchenne .
Nous garderons précieusement cette adresse !!!

La maison est joliment décorée, très lumineuse et agréable à vivre . La literie est parfaite. Elle est située dans une rue calme à 2 pas des commerces et plages. On peut tout faire à pieds ou en vélo. C'est très appreciable. Mr Nicolas est très sympathique .Nous avons été bien accueilli et gardons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour. Je recommande location.
