The living area, facing east, includes a modern and functional kitchenette (2-burner induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, mini-oven, etc.), a drop-leaf table with stools, a pull-out bed (two 80 cm beds that can be pushed together) that serves as a sofa during the day, and a television.
The covered balcony, facing east and furnished with outdoor furniture, offers an unobstructed view of the neighboring building's parking lot, with no direct overlooking. A designated, uncovered parking space completes this property. Charming and easy-to-maintain apartment, ideally located right next to the fish market, shops (bakery, caterer, hairdresser, laundromat, etc.) and the beaches of L'Aiguillon.
Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is available (optional). End-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the apartment is left in a normal state of repair during your stay.
