T2 apartment of 29 m2 including terrace not overlooked with dining table directly overlooking the beach of the Aiguillon district (Port d'Arcachon district) and the port. The beach (with tides) at the foot of the residence without having to cross a road (ideal for children).
Magnificent view of the Arcachon basin (see photos taken from the apartment at high tide). Port and local shops 250 meters away.
Starting point for a bike ride (600 m for rent)

1 bedroom with double bed 140 and closet
1 living room with sofa bed that converts into a double bed of quality 140, equipped kitchen, cupboard, TV, table and chairs.
1 small bathroom with toilet -
70/70 shower with limited passage between doors
+elevator (3rd floor)
And above all a terrace not overlooked with table and chairs overlooking the beach of Aiguillon accessible directly from the apartment, and 2 steps from the port of Arcachon.
On arrival and departure you can leave your car in the parking lot of the residence to unload your belongings. There is no parking, but there are possibilities to park for free in the streets near the residence. Quiet and secure area 50 meters from a police station.
Bath towel and linen not provided - double sofa bed of 140 with very good mattress SIMMONS, and double bed of 140 in the bedroom

Arrival before 8 p.m. is imperative but self-arrival possible
an uncashed cheque deposit will be required, and possibly an uncashed cleaning deposit - No cleaning billing, but it will be to be done at the end of the stay.
