Tout,près des commerces,des navettes pour circuler,le balcon donne sur la place.Super.

L’emplacement à côté de tous les commerces et de la plage. Espace confortable pour 2 personnes.

Il y a avais des travaux dans l’appartement dommage ça faisais du bruit dès le matin mais ça on pouvais pas le savoir. Il y a quelques défauts comme la douche mais rien de méchant.

Une vue magnifique sur le bassin d'Arcachon (pointe de l'aiguillon) depuis la terrasse aménagée. Une plage au pied de l'appartement. Appartement bien aménagé. Un excellent accueil et service.

The location was beautiful, beach front, with some lovely local restaurants.

Well,,,, I I don’t mind a place being old, a bit shabby, but I really would prefer it to be clean and this place genuinely wasn’t . There are NO BEDS only two sofa beds. I was unable to pull the sofa bed out myself as it was very heavy and awkward but luckily found somebody to help me. . There are no lightbulbs anywhere in the apartment. So it’s particularly dark, and as you come in, there is a set of very steep stairs down from the mezzanine level., so please be careful. Also, be aware that you have to pick the keys up from an agency, which is about a mile and a half walk away from the property, and the very insistent that you will return them to the same place . I have no comprehension that’s why they wouldn’t provide a lockbox. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I believe it’s common in France, but I was shocked to find a €50 charge for bedlinen , which arrived in a bag so no made up beds of any description sofa, or otherwise, and no towels of any description either, the agency give you one roll of toilet paper, when you pick the keys up, and weirdly, a cake which I presume is supposed to make up for the dirty apartment. This apartment was supposed to be an apartment for four people. I was a solo traveller. It came with two wine glasses one of which was badly cracked, and the fridge that smelled like fish, everything in there is very old and decrepit and to be honest very shabby, very dirty and dusty. I would struggle to stay there again and I’m quite shocked that Booking.com haven even have this apartment on their listings. . The bathroom has had a refurbishment, but unfortunately poorly done, with a shower that’s just hanging. It’s not attached to the wall in anyway, which makes having a shower difficult. Don’t walk around in your bare feet either, as they’ll end up black, and dirt just scatterers around the apartment. I tried on a number of occasions to request an option to be able to leave the keys somewhere safe and the agency completely ignored me.
