About this apartment rental
Nice flat, 3 rooms ideal for family or couple (with baby, small children or teenagers). Quiet and very bright, located just a few minutes from the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and the lively streets of the neighborhood (Martyrs Lepic, Abbesses). Very well connected by public transport.
New in this site, but if you need to know it (BB ...) you will find it and it will be a good address!
3 rooms (65 square meters) with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom has a large bed, and a child's bedroom) Cot available as an extra bed for a third child in the room if needed. Additional sofa in the living room. Parquet, wide open fully equipped kitchen on a large living room. Bathroom (access from the master bedroom) with bath and washing machine. Separate toilet.
This is a FOURTH FLOOR NO LIFT, beware if you are of limited mobility or in possession of a lot of luggage. No AC but a lot of fans for the summer.

It is however very well equipped to accommodate seasonal rentals.
Computer, WIFI, TV, CD player, radio, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, oven, fully equipped kitchen for cooking etc. Sheets and towels provided. Extra cleaning fee (50 euros) and deposit requested on arrival (650 euros) by certified check, cash or bank transfer. The deposit will be returned at departure if everything is ok, cash, check or bank transfer in the other direction. In case of damage, an invoice will be provided to justify the amount kept on the deposit.

The flat itself is exactly as written up - perfect for our family! I loved how Sofie stressed that it was a walk-up, as that would be important for many groups to know, and the same with the lack of AC. To us, neither factored in as being a problem at all, and open windows and fans kept the flat cool. Sofie herself is also a dream- meeting us at the flat for check-in to make sure we were ok and showing us the features. We loved the location and the apartment itself! Cute and ready for a family of 5 like ours!
The only flaw was in the communication of late check-in, and an extra person charge. I didn’t see either in the write up

The whole flat is very nice and clean.
There are a lot of beds - and the beds are in a very good shape, also the mattresses (not too soft, not hard, simply perfect).
The flat is ideal for families with children.
It is very close to any kind of public transport, easy to get to Paris city centre.
In the neighbourhood there are several supermarkets, bakeries and other shopping and leisure possibilities.
The hostess is very kind, considering any help you could need. No problems with the deposit or any other issues.
Regarding the things you get the ratio price / performance is very good.
The overall feedback: Perfect place to stay in Paris!

The whole flat is very nice and clean.
There are a lot of beds - and the beds are in a very good shape, also the mattresses (not too soft, not hard, simply perfect).
The flat is ideal for families with children.
It is very close to any kind of public transport, easy to get to Paris city centre.
In the neighbourhood there are several supermarkets, bakeries and other shopping and leisure possibilities.
The hostess is very kind, considering any help you could need. No problems with the deposit or any other issues.
Regarding the things you get the ratio price / performance is very good.
The overall feedback: Perfect place to stay in Paris!
