The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm wide), two bathrooms (one of them en suite), a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen with dining area and two balconies, from which you can enjoy the entire panorama of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We offer another apartment in the same building with space for 6 people, so that up to 12 people can vacation in the same house.
The apartment was recently completely renovated and has a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen in addition to modern bathrooms.
Shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is very central and is still quiet. A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
The apartment has 2 balconies, from which you can enjoy the entire panorama of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The view extends from the Karwendel Mountains, over the ski jump, to the Wetterstein Mountains with Alpspitze and Zugspitze.
No matter what time of year, Gamisch always offers excellent holiday conditions!

This is a beautiful apartment located in the historic area on Ludwigstrasse. It has all the amenities you need and also has off street parking. The only negative was there were no instructions on how to open or close the garage door. (you need to pull the black strap that’s hanging inside the garage). Once the car is parked you can walk to many restaurants and shops.

The flat is very comfortable and in the center of the city. Bus station right in front of the house.The only bad thing was that they weren't prepared for our arrival. Check-in lasted about 15 minutes and the flat was NOT cleaned, all beds were used and there wasn't any clean towel for washing your hands... We had to call the owner and waited from 6:30 pm until around 9 pm for the cleaning Staff to arrive and finish. With 4 little children after a long day on the road absolutely NoGo!

Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue

Place was nicely located on main tourist street and steps from multiple restaurants, bakeries, and hiking trails. While the apartment was large and well laid out, it could use a little love in two areas: walls and beds. The paint was really dinged up and walls were dirty, needs to be repainted. Also the beds in the master with en-suite bathroom were bad. For the master suite you should have a queen or king bed, not two twins shoved together. Plus the sheets were rough and mattresses were cheap and we could feel the springs all night long. It made no sense that the smaller bedroom where the kids slept had a real queen bed, but not the master suite. The check in process is time consuming and you have to drive to the other side of town and stand in line to be checked in, pay tourist tax (which they didn’t tell us about) and get keys, then drive back across town. Also, while parking garage was a definite plus, there are zero instructions on how to open the garage. For those who are curious - use the apartment keys to open the little door, once inside you need to shut them door then walk about 25’ into the garage to the rope hanging from the ceiling, pull the rope and the garage door will open. Wildly confusing and took us 15 minutes to figure out. All in all, great location and good price but needs a few upgrades to be a five star rental.

We three retired teachers enjoyed our stay in this flat. Situated midway along Ludwigstraße, its location afforded us easy walking distance to shops, ATM, and the public parking garage. Parking initially for us was a challenge since we could not use the underground lot nor access directly the public parking garage due to road construction. Once located, however, this garsge was easy and convenient to use.

It was a very nice stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen! The apartment was on a beautiful street, private parking in a garage around the corner. A bakery & butcher shop just a very short walk away. A daily fresh fruit stand on the street below the apartment. Several restaurants 5-minute walk away or less as well. Perfect mountain view outside our windows. The apartment itself was fantastic! Plenty of room, clean, modern bathrooms & appliances - yet lovely traditional decor. Florian was excellent in communication - timely in the 6-months before our stay, with very informative responses. While at the property, an immediate response to the 2 or 3 phone calls that I made to him. In sum - we would Definitely stay here again! Thank you Florian!!

This was a perfect location for our family to spend a week at, while exploring the Bavarian Alps. The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and the owner was quick to respond when we arrived. So many great eating options within a short walk. I love to go on morning walks before the rest of the family wakes up and the amount of trails to explore was amazing. Highly recommend!

We were a family of 5, and this apartment was perfect for us. Great location in historic Ludwigstraße, right across the street from the bus stop, and able to walk to so many things...shops, supermarket, bakeries, cafes, and even the train station is only a 14-minute walk. Everything you need is in the apartment, and it has lovely views to the mountains. You will hear the church bells ringing, which is lovely, it other than that it is very quiet. Highly recommended!

The apartment was in a wonderful location, and was great for our family, however the third bedroom was rather tight for two adults. The owner needs to have written instructions at the apartment for things guests need to know, such as the WiFi password, where to take out the trash, bus schedule to get to common destinations. He also needs to correct his directions as to where the key was as he wrote it was in the left box, and it was in the right box. We couldn’t use the dishwasher because the front panel was coming off. Though I asked in advance and was told there was a hairdryer in the apartment, there was not one there. The owner said he would get us one and he never did. These corrections would have made our stay in beautiful Garmisch much more relaxing.

I stayed here with my partner, 2 other adults and 2 children. The house was sparkling clean and comfortable. It had plenty of amenities and beautiful views from the balcony. A short walk to plenty of pubs and places to eat, as well as a REWE for groceries. During our stay we had a few tiny issues that Florian was very quick to resolve and was a lovely host.Thank you for having us!

The apartment is nice and spacious, with beautiful views. If you want to stay in Garmisch, you really can't pick a better location. It is right on Ludwigstrasse, which is the heart of the old village. It is a short walk to a lovely park (with a playground that our kids enjoyed), and there is everything you need (bakery, groceries) within a short walk. It is an excellent base for exploring Garmsich. There is also underground parking which was super helpful. My only quibble is that there wasn't much information about parking or the wifi. I eventually found both, but a simple instruction sheet with the wifi password and directions to the garage would be helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this newly renovated apartment! It was furnished nicely with everything we needed for our 4-night stay. We had 3 adults and 2 children. The location was amazing...easy walking to many restaurants and shops. A small grocery is directly across the street. We hope to come back and stay again on our next visit to Germany!

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, direkt am Ende einer Fußgängerzone. Bäcker, Restaurants und kleine Läden sind in direkter Umgebung, Die Wohnung ist super schön renoviert worden, sehr sauber und sieht genau so gemütlich wie auf den Bildern aus. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super einfach und sehr sehr nett. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und nochmal buchen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die Einrichtung gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral im Ortsteil Patenkirchen und es gibt einen Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tiefgarage und Parkplätze sind direkt um die Ecke. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit problemlos und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Gerne wieder.

Positiv: - Alles Top renoviert - sehr viel Platz (Schränke) zum Einräumen - sehr große Küche mit allem Drum und Dran - zentrumsnah.... alles zu Fuß zu erreichen Negativ: (ne...Kleinigkeiten) - Beschreibung über Schlüsseltresor könnte genauer sein. An dem beschriebenen Platz gibt es 3 Stück. Welcher ist es denn? - WLAN Passwort --> einfach einen Zettel hinterlegen, dann muss man nicht in den Schaltkasten schauen - Informationen zum Parkplatz (Tiefgarage) wäre im Vorfeld sehr gut, denn vor Ort sind freie Parkplätze eher Mangelware. Sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Mietobjekt mitten in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Das Objekt liegt direkt an der Historischen Ludwigstr und ist voll Ausgestattet (2 Balkons mit super Blick, 2 Bäder, sehr viel Komfort und Platz). Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Mit der Gästekarte kann man im gesamten Ort kostenfrei mit den Öffentlichen fahren und das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage bleiben. Viele Biergärten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter immer aehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir können das Objekt und den Ort jedem Empfehlen, der gern in den Alpen Urlaub macht.

Alles in allem ist die Wohnung besser ausgestattet, als angegeben. Es ist ein Föhn vorhanden und auch sonst, ist die Wohnung wie ein normaler Haushalt eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten das Glück, den Vermieter vor Ort anzutreffen. Er hat uns die Garage, das WLAN-Passwort und die Schlüsselkästen gezeigt. Per Handy war der Vermieter gut erreichbar.
