Comfortable studio, very clean and conveniently located close to public transport and the shopping street Georges Henri. Owner very kind and responsive.
Very noisy street outside, lots of traffic, so difficult to keep the window open. The sink in the bathroom is super tiny, not easy to clean your teeth (and impossible to put anything on the sink).

Good apartment. Clean and calm. Everything necessary was available. Not central location but with very easy trasportation. Pleasant neighborhood. Comfortable bed and very good WiFi. Easy and quick communication with host.

Room was adequate for a short stay. Convenient to metro and surrounding grocery stores etc.
It is located on a very busy road, so traffic noise is present throughout the day/night virtually. The one window has a faulty seal so no longer double glazed & insulated hence I think we noticed the noise a bit more, if that gets fixed then it should improve. There is not 'true' balcony as advertised. There is a balcony but not enough to sit on etc just merely for standing.
The apartment could do some some small upgrades / renovations inside. Looking a bit worn. But otherwise passable for a short stay.
