Detached single storey house of 110m2, located in a quiet location close to all shops. It has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living / dining room, a shower room and separate WC, a garden with barbecue and a shaded 800m2 park with private parking. Internet access (WIFI).

Near the Talmont peninsula (listed village), the beaches of Meschers nestled in the cliffs and Royan (seaside resort), a flagship town on the coast of beauty.
You can taste Médoc wines and appreciate the city of Bordeaux by taking the ferry to Royan.
