We have the great pleasure to offer you our new realization of heart: "La Villa Eclatante", magnificent house at the foot of Sarlat!
Ideally located in the direct vicinity of Sarlat (5 minutes walk from the historic center), a town renowned for its medieval charm.
We have completely renovated this house to make it a real haven of relaxation, conducive to reunions with family or friends, and moments of sharing.

The main entrance leads to the generous living area, offering a large open plan kitchen, and an elegant living room, bathed in natural light.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen offers an ideal space to prepare your meals with the same comfort as at home, thanks to a high-performance and complete appliance.
The dining area for 10 people is spacious and friendly.
The dishes are in large quantities, for your comfort.
The large bay windows in the living room allow you to enjoy the view of the garden while sharing convivial moments.
Surrounded by a spacious terrace equipped with deckchairs and armchairs, the house invites you to relax and sunbathe.
The terrace on the pool side is equipped with a glass and aluminium table and table chairs for 10 guests, installed under a covered pergola.
Next to the heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi offers a relaxing, quiet experience in the garden surrounded by vegetation and thus creating a haven of peace.
The five bedrooms of the house are tastefully decorated, each offering great comfort and a warm atmosphere. Fine linens and refined details add a delicate touch to each room.
The bedrooms are divided into 3 distinct areas of the house, allowing the occupants to be quiet for moments of rest.
Two bedrooms have their terrace overlooking the garden with the swimming pool.
The first floor bedroom opens onto a large terrace.
2 bathrooms and 2 toilets offer the necessary comfort for the capacity.

We loved our stay at this pretty house. Well equipped and fab kitchen space. Good bbq and outdoor area. Julie resolved our queries quickly. Easy walk into town too. MyOnly grumble was the spiral staircase - didn’t feel safe or secure although we managed - wouldn’t have been great with little children.
