10 minutes from Sarlat, in the heart of a small hamlet XVIII, this old family house is located on a large private estate on the edge of the forest. Combining comfort, charm and absolute calm, this house will welcome you with family or friends in an exceptional environment.
This large charming property offers a large manicured garden with a large swimming pool (14 x 7m) and a giant barbecue inviting to outdoor living to enjoy the surrounding nature.
The large main room of 100 square meters has a huge fireplace offering the opportunity to spend long evenings by the fire.
Past the stone porch opening onto a large courtyard, is revealed this old house (1821) stones of 2 floors for 300 square meters, away from any immediate neighborhood, consisting of a living / dining room of 100 square meters + large kitchen for meals + 5 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + laundry + 3 toilets.
Home possible up to 12 people (4 double beds + 5 single beds + 2 cots).
On the ground floor, the terracotta floor helps keep the interior cool in the summer. The equipped kitchen offers the possibility of large tables for meals. A large laundry room adjoining the kitchen is equipped with the appliances needed to wash and dry the laundry, as well as a second refrigerator. Organized around the fireplace, the comfortable living room is equipped with a TV and a DVD player. Internet is accessible in WI FI throughout the house. The large table in the dining room also allows you to have meals in this room.
A large old wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor which serves 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with double sink, bath, bidet and WC. One of the bedrooms has an adjoining shower room with bidet and sink as well as a TV and DVD player.
The 2nd floor distributes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with double sink, bath, bidet and WC.
