Near the historic heart of the medieval town of Sarlat, nestled in a green setting of 2400 m², la Villa des Pechs waits for you !
His vast living room of 62 m², bathed in light all day, with a comfortable sofa design 12 places close to a warm open fireplace, table football for your moments of conviviality, a fully equipped modern kitchen, equipped with a central island for your breakfast or lunch with ease (Nespresso coffee machine, electric juicer, ice maker ...), a large family with cozy table candlesticks for more intimate atmosphere for your dinner. A flat-screen satellite TV receives national channels as foreign. A library with assorted books (novels, comics, tourist guides, cookbooks ...) is available if you want to give you a moment of rest by the fireplace or on one of the sunbathing beds installed at the edge of the swimming pool.
This cozy cocoon opens in effect on a large terrace with garden furniture inviting, extended by the heated indoor pool all year and spa 5 places where you will enjoy the benefits of color therapy and 46 nozzles massage. The park that surrounds it also hosts an original sauna, barrel shaped. This is an entirely private spa complex with private, dedicated to relaxation, in the serenity and conviviality.
On the ground floor of the house also, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three large bedrooms with an area greater than 15 m2, a bathroom with spa bath and shower, a separate toilet, a gym / fitness (bike, rowing machine, treadmill) .

Almandine and Cedric were amazing. Everything in the villa clean and well prepared for our visit. Loved our accommodation. The photos advertising the villa are very old, sauna looked new and wasn’t, also didn’t work as door broken…. a real disappointment, we booked to have a sauna as we all enjoy the chance to use one, and couldn’t!! Pool and cover wonderful , but marred by leaves and flower debris from overgrown shrubs, constantly sweeping and scooping pool. Garden needs a big pruning, overgrown hedge means when sitting at outside table pool users can’t be seen… also lounger patio on wrong side of pool for maximum sun enjoyment, found that strange! Quite a lot externally to sort out.

Very nice house, in a quiet area but close to Sarlat. Plenty of space. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive in case of any questions. We would definitely go back to stay in this house

8 adults and one toddler had two weeks chilling in this large house. Plenty of areas for us all to find a bit of space if we needed it. All we could need, multiple facilities at the house, wonderful ancient Sarlat, canoeing, beautiful cycling routes, shopping, great restaurants, supermarket close by, great weather etc
One of those holidays where you just want it to keep going.

We booked 2 weeks here for two families for a base for us to explore the Dordogne, from canoeing, high ropes, swimming on lakes, paddleboarding and visiting the towns and castles in the area. I can't recommend it enough, a pool you can use in all weather (we were lucky to have an extremely hot 2 weeks), sauna, jacuzzi and lots of space. Sad to be back home but excited to return one day.
